- Strategize and Execute: Develop and lead sales strategies that drive revenue, expand our market presence, and capture growth opportunities in North America.
- Build and Lead: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with our VP Sales EMEA to ensure alignment on global sales objectives and best practices.
- Drive Results: Manage the sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Stay Competitive: Keep up with industry trends and competitor insights to maintain Mediatoolâs competitive edge.
What Weâre Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years in senior sales roles, with 5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or software industries.
- Proven Results: A strong track record of B2B SaaS sales in a scale-up environment.
