About the role:
At Mediatool, we brew both coffee and mind-blowing ideas! Our media planning software needs a creative savior who can blend usability with beauty, making our competition's interfaces look outdated. We're looking for someone who creates high-fidelity designs and unleashes creativity that could make even the most seasoned Dribbble designers take notes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design user flows that are intuitive and natural.
• Enhance our design process from wireframes to high-fidelity UI/UX.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to bring features to life.
• Protect the developers from the horror of having to design anything ever again.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
• Sharp attention to detail, able to distinguish subtle color differences.
• Proficiency in Figma ( Adobe Creative Suite & Visual Studio are a plus )
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly.
• Strong knowledge of CSS and frontend development practices.
• Strong experience working with Design Systems

You won’t be working alone. Our development team consists of over 25 skilled professionals, including some experienced UX designers. You'll collaborate with:

• Ilija: Our UX Lead, a multi-talented designer adept in UX, research, and also a decent developer. He's as proficient with design tools as he is with a fishing rod.
• Hanna: A Figma wizard, master of wireframes, and a design virtuoso. Her intuitive and stunning designs set a high bar for usability and aesthetics.
• Mikita: Our junior design prodigy, rapidly mastering the ropes of UX with impressive speed. He’s already crafting smooth user journeys and is constantly sharpening his skills with each project, proving he's one to watch!
• Magnus: One of the founders of Mediatool, our CPO, and a meme aficionado. While his modern design skills might pale in comparison to Ilija's and Hanna's, he can pull off some seriously cool old-school CSS tricks. Also, an AI geek who always has the latest tech insights up his sleeve.
