Do you want to be a part of a fast growing scale-up that helps global brands and agencies digitalise their way of working? Would you like to be a part of the Talent  Operations team and work with sourcing/research a few days a week? Then we're off to a good start! 

We are now expanding our Talent Operations team and looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is a part time position and will approximately be 2 - 3 days a week depending on the workload and can vary from week to week. 

The position is perfect if you are studying at the university, ideal would be that you have a year or two left, and want to learn recruitment and talent acquisition. You will work in close collaboration with our People & Culture Manager, playing an important role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talents. 

So in summary the position is about… 

  • Prospecting and sourcing (e.g. research and headhunting) for candidates throughout LinkedIn 
  • Schedule interviews and phone screen candidates  
  • Support recruitment activities in the the team
  • Assist and collaborate on different projects
  • Collaborate with the team- and organisation- to ensure a great candidate experience

We are looking for someone who.. 

  • Is in the beginning of your career, preferably a student with 1 - 2 years left at the university
  • Have 1 - 2 years of working experience from roles within sales and/or within customer support (B2B) 
  • Consider yourself a team player and a ’people person 
  • Is eager to work in high pace with multiple parallel projects  
  • Fluent in Swedish and excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal
  • Highly advantageous if you’ve worked with recruitment previously as an intern or corresponding.
