We are now expanding our team and looking for our next Customer Success Manager in North America. For this position we are looking for someone that is an eager relationship builder, a problem solver and someone who loves to help others to succeed. A passion for educating and turning our new and existing global clients into ambassadors is key! 

This role is fully remote and will be based in North America. You will work in close collaboration with the EU team during overlapping business hours, and you will be responsible for customer support during North American operating business hours. As it is a fully remote, independent contractor, position, it is crucial that you are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.

You will work together with the EU Customer Success team to hold and coordinate trainings, grow and maintain customer relationships and oversee the onboarding of new clients. You will also assist the Sales team with North American sales demos that fall outside of Swedish operating hours. You will primarily work with our North American clients, and developing relationships that promote retention and loyalty should be in your DNA. You will help clients understand how to optimise their usage of Mediatool, up-selling the service with sensitivity, and you will be the first point of contact to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Setup new customer accounts and be responsible for their onboarding
  • Proactively manage your portfolio of Enterprise customers after the implementation is fully completed
  • Proactively reach out to customers to prevent customer churn
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing up-sales on existing base
  • Manage support channels during NA business hours (9am-5pm EST)
  • Host new lead demos of Mediatool for prospects that fall outside of EU business hours 

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Relations Manager, Service Manager or similar (previous experience at a SaaS company is preferable)
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level
  • Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently speak on the product and it's benefits on the market
  • Exceptional project and change management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player, comfortable working with teams in various timezones


Highly Advantageous:

  • Previous startup experience
  • Knowledge/background in Marketing
  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus!
